“Toka is pioneering a new era of innovation that unlocks the full potential of intelligence,” said Gregg Smith, Chief Executive Officer of Toka. “This is a pivotal moment for the company. As demand from U.S. and allied government partners continues to rise, transitioning to a U.S.-based entity and continuing to invest in growing our team and scaling our platforms enables us to support our mission to protect citizens, institutions, and democratic societies.”

Toka’s decision to establish its headquarters in the U.S. reflects the country’s central role in advancing global security, innovation, and trusted government collaboration. By operating from Maryland, with an ongoing subsidiary in Israel effective in late 2025, Toka is positioning itself closer to its most strategic partners while aligning with the policy, regulatory, and operational environments that define modern intelligence.

Founded by leaders with extensive experience in national security and cybersecurity, Toka employs approximately 100 professionals with deep expertise across government, military, and the private sector. This year, the company will grow its teams across engineering, product, operations, and go-to-market functions as a continued investment in innovation.

“The company’s growth and milestones reflect strong business momentum as more agencies adopt Toka’s platforms and advisory services to modernize their intelligence and cyber defense capabilities,” said Kaitlyn Glancy, Partner at Eclipse. “As this momentum builds, Toka is well positioned to support elite government organizations with the tools and insight they need to operate effectively in a rapidly evolving threat environment.”

Toka helps agencies transform complex digital data into actionable intelligence, enabling precise operations. Together, the company’s leadership transition, U.S. headquarters establishment, and organizational growth mark a significant milestone as Toka enters its next phase of scale and impact.
