Gregg Smith is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the cybersecurity sector. Currently serving as the Global Chief Executive Officer at Toka since September 2025, Gregg previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Technology Advancement Center (TAC) from April 2023 to August 2025, focusing on cyber security innovation and collaboration. Prior roles include Chief Executive Officer at Archon Secure and Attila Security, where efforts centered on providing advanced cybersecurity solutions for government entities, and leading Silent Circle, Optio Labs, and KoolSpan Inc. in various capacities. Additionally, Gregg served as Chairman of the Board for the Cybersecurity Association, played advisory roles at Evergreen Advisors and Gloto, and was Chief Executive Officer at Acuity Mobile before its acquisition by NAVTEQ/Nokia. Gregg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and participated in varsity lacrosse.

Kfir Waldman is the former CEO of Kayhut, a cyber company, and was also the co-founder and CEO of Go Arc, a mobile startup. Formerly, Waldman was director of engineering at Cisco, as well as a member of Cisco’s Israel Board of Directors. Waldman received a master’s of business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in computer science and economics from Tel Aviv University.

Moty Zaltsman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. He has worked in several Israeli startups before moving into technology and leadership roles at the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office. With expertise in both defensive and offensive intelligence technologies, he holds multiple US patents. A seasoned manager with a passion for innovation and problem-solving, Moty thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Gilat, Chief Financial Officer of Toka since 2021, brings over 20 years of senior financial management experience across the tech and start-up sectors. Before joining Toka, she served as CFO at Made Finance, providing financial leadership to numerous start-ups for 5.5 years. Previously, she was the CFO of Exent Technologies, a gaming start-up, and a Manager at Deloitte, where she worked with private and public tech companies. Gilat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics and an MBA, both from Tel Aviv University. She has extensive expertise in equity and debt financing, M&As, strategic planning, financial management, and leadership.

Racheli has over 20 years of experience in HR focusing on creating, developing, and managing HR strategy and programs that support the company’s vision.She loves working with amazing people and making dreams come true! Prior to joining Toka, Racheli held several management positions, with companies including Kayhut, Grey Israel and Gilat Sattelite Networks. Racheli holds bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University.

Igor is a cybersecurity expert with over ten years of experience in software engineering, research, and management. Previously he worked as Cyber Security R&D Manager at the Cyber R&D Division of the IDF elite technological unit, leading top-notch teams, and as Director of Engineering at KayHut, leading a division of 3 cyber-security groups. Igor holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Sciences from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Evan is a seasoned international cyber security executive, previously held the role of General Manager, North America for dark web intelligence firm Searchlight Cyber, Chief Revenue Officer at the secure communications & data management firm HighSide, co-founded, led and exited the cyber security & threat intelligence firm ZeroFox (NASDAQ: ZFOX), and ran Accuvant’s (now Optiv’s) global partner solutions division. An experienced global speaker, Evan has presented at conferences including the RSA Conference, Digital Copenhagen, McAfee FOCUS, SINET and has been featured by the New York Times, The Atlantic, Forbes and other major publications. He has been a fixture on Capitol Hill, working to advance legislation and funding for Active Duty military and Veterans cyber protection as well as advanced fraud and cyber protections for the American taxpayer. Blending his cybersecurity expertise with a background in international economics, Mr. Blair helps organizations develop and launch mission based cyber initiatives addressing both operator and geo-political challenges.

Tamir is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in digital forensics and sales strategy. With extensive expertise in technical field operations, he has held key leadership roles, including Team Manager and Director, at a leading digital forensics company. Tamir holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and brings a tech-savvy approach to driving success in his field.

Galit is an experienced business and operations manager with over 20 years of expertise specializing in strategic partnerships and business development. With a strong focus on results, she identifies growth opportunities that drive organizational success. Before joining Toka, Galit served as a Partner Manager at Cisco, where she built key relationships and advanced strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, she worked as an R&D Engineer at Cisco, leveraging her technical expertise to support business objectives. Galit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Bar Ilan University.

Uri brings 20 years of experience in the intelligence community, where he served in senior leadership roles, led teams successfully, and directed complex mission critical operations. With extensive first hand field experience, he has developed a profound and deep practical understanding of operational environments and the evolving challenges organizations face.

As Head of Asia at Toka, Uri combines strategic leadership with a profound understanding of client needs, translating real world experience into tailored solutions that deliver meaningful impact across the region.

Kate Shapiro specializes in building credibility and accelerating growth for technology and cybersecurity brands. A trusted advisor to founders and executives, Kate partners with leadership and operators to bridge the gap between high-level vision and tactical execution. She excels at aligning marketing strategy and implementation with a company’s core mission to drive business growth.

Having launched 15+ companies out of stealth and navigated dozens of brands through funding rounds and exits, she understands the precision required for market impact. At Toka, Kate leverages her expertise to deliver impactful, end-to-end marketing programs rooted in transparency.
