Igor is a cybersecurity expert with over ten years of experience in software engineering, research, and management. Previously he worked as Cyber Security R&D Manager at the Cyber R&D Division of the IDF elite technological unit, leading top-notch teams, and as Director of Engineering at KayHut, leading a division of 3 cyber-security groups. Igor holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Sciences from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Racheli has over 20 years of experience in HR focusing on creating, developing, and managing HR strategy and programs that support the company’s vision.She loves working with amazing people and making dreams come true! Prior to joining Toka, Racheli held several management positions, with companies including Kayhut, Grey Israel and Gilat Sattelite Networks. Racheli holds bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University.

General Rosen is the former Chief of Israel Defense Forces Cyber Staff, where he was the lead architect of all cyber activities. He served in Israel’s Air Force for more than 3 decades, including as a pilot and as Air Division Commander.
General Rosen received a Master’s degree in strategic studies from the U.S. Air Force’s Air War College at the Air University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bar Ilan University.

Waldman is the former CEO of Kayhut, a cyber company, and was also the co-founder and CEO of Go Arc, a mobile startup. Formerly, Waldman was director of engineering at Cisco, as well as a member of Cisco’s Israel Board of Directors. Waldman received a master’s of business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in computer science and economics from Tel Aviv University.

Kantor is the former vice president of business development for Check Point, a provider of cybersecurity solutions to governments and enterprises globally, where he led worldwide partnerships and mergers & acquisitions activity. He received his bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and in Law from Tel Aviv University.

Prof. Jacob A. Frenkel is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Group of Thirty (G-30) and Chairman of the Board of Governors of Tel Aviv University.  Previously he was Chairman of JPMorgan Chase International (2009-2020), Chairman and CEO of the G30 (2000-2011), Vice Chairman of American International Group (2004-2009), Chairman of Merrill Lynch International (2000-2004), Governor of the Bank of Israel (1991-2000), Economic Counselor and Director of Research at the IMF (1987-1991) and the David Rockefeller Professor of International Economics at the University of Chicago (1973-1987). Prof. Frenkel is a Laureate of the 2002 Israel Prize in Economics.

Peter H. Schuck is the Simeon E. Baldwin Professor Emeritus of Law at Yale University. Now Emeritus, he has held this chair since 1984, and also served as Deputy Dean of the Law School. Prior to joining the Yale faculty in 1979, he was Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation in the U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, Director of the Washington Office of Consumers Union, and consultant to the Center for Study of Responsive Law.

Barak is the former Prime Minister of Israel and Minister of Defense. He has held other senior ministerial positions, including Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of the Interior, and Minister of Foreign Affairs. Before entering politics, Barak had a long and distinguished career in the military, spanning senior positions in special forces, armored, intelligence, and general staff positions. His military service culminated in being appointed Lieutenant General and Chief of the IDF General Staff. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Mathematics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and a Master’s degree in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University.
